    Amy Lee Harvey, infant daughter of Adam R. Fazenbaker and Sharon Harvey,
  Salisbury RD 1, died May 12, 1990, at the Magee Women's Hospital,
  Pittsburgh.  Born May 12, 1990, at Magee Women's Hospital, Pittsburgh.
  Survived by one brother, Adam W. Fazenbaker, Meyersdale; three half
  brothers, Adam E. Fazenbaker, David R. Fazenbaker and Benjamin Guthrie, all
  of Meyersdale; five half-sisters, Tina M. Fazenbaker, Lisa L. Shurt, Judy A.
  Guthrie, Debbie J. Guthrie and Holly L. Guthrie, all of Meyersdale;
  paternal grandmother and grandfather, Anna Hare and Avery Haney, both of
  Malvern, Ohio.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Newman
  Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md., where service will be held at 1 p.m.
  Friday, Rev. Paul Yoder officiating.  Interment, Bittinger Cemetery.
