    Clara A. Hassel, 75, of Berlin, died July 17, 2002 at Somerset Hospital.
  Born June 7, 1927 in Quarryville, the daughter of Earl G. and Mary Alice
  (Haddon) Morris.  Preceded in death by her parents, sons William and James
  and a sister Ruth.  Survived by her husband of 55 years, William; children,
  Mary Susan Morris, Louisville, Ky., Robert D., S.D., Kevin Michael,
  Stoystown, Karen "Patty," married to Kevin Ivy, Lititz; and grandchildren
  William Hassel and Ashley Ivy.  Retired self-employed farmer.  She enjoyed
  dogs and raising plants and flowers.  Family will receive friends from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where services
  will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday.  Rev. Marlin Miller officiating.  Memorial
  contributions may be sent to American Cancer Society, Somerset Unit, 168 W.
  Union St., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
