  JEAN E. HATHAWAY
  
  Jean E. Hathaway, 77, Somerset, died June 21, 2004, at Leigh Valley
  Hospital, Allentown.  Born April 17, 1927, in Somerset she is the daughter
  of the late Harvey and Kaythern (Meyers) Koontz.  Also preceded in death by
  husband Clarence and sisters, Gladys Mowry and Mary Bush.  Survived by
  daughters, Barbara Gilligan, Dickson, Tenn.; Catherine Sieber, East
  Greenville; and Denice Hathaway, Somerset.  Also eight grandchildren and 10
  great-grandchildren.  Attended St. Francis In-The-Fields Episcopal Church.
  Member of VFW Auxiliary Post 554, Eagles Aerie 1801 and the New Baltimore
  Sportsman Club.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 10 a.m.
  Saturday.  The Rev. Father Mark Zimmerman officiating.  Interment in St.
  John's Cemetery.
