  HAUER
  
    William C. Hauer, 77, Ligonier RD 4, died Aug. 9, 1995, at his home. 
  Born June 26, 1918, in Latrobe, a son of the late Charles and Leona
  (Arnett) Hauer.  Employed by Teledyne Vasco, Latrobe, for 32 years prior to
  retirement.  Member and served for several years on the council of the
  Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Latrobe RD 4.  In addition to parents,
  preceded in death by his wife, Florence (Wolk) Hauer; 2 sisters: Helen and
  Rosalee Hauer; 2 brothers: David and Carl Hauer.  Survived by 4 sons and 2
  daughters: Charles and his wife Shelva, Salisbury; Robert and his wife
  Connie, Edward and his wife Charlotte, Richard and his wife Joyce and Wilma
  Jean Hauer, all of Ligonier RD 4, and Mrs. Richard (Ellen) Stahl, Somerset;
  15 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, 3 sisters: Alice Stutzman, Fla.;
  Margaret Marcinik, N.J., and Ruth Snyder, N.C.  Family will receive friends
  from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Snyder-Brown
  Funeral Home, Donegal.  Funeral services at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Bethel
  Lutheran Church with the Rev. Nancy L. Weiss officiating.  Interment,
  Bakersville Cemetery, Bakersville.  Jamie Snyder Brown, funeral director.
