"Dolly" Havner, 75, of Confluence, died April 22, 1988, at his home. Born June 28, 1912, in Confluence, a son of the late Frank and Ida (Crow) Havner. He is survived by his wife, Alma (Moon) Havner; one daughter, Ruth Brown of Tionesta, Pa.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one sister, Hazel Beal of Connellsville; and two brothers, Bill Havner of Pittsburgh and John Havner of Meyersdale. Preceded in death by one granddaughter, one brother and one sister. He was a member of the Confluence V.F.W., Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Association, and Confluence Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II and retired from the Chessie Railroad. Friends will be received 2:30-9 p.m. on Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where funeral service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John R. Wilson officiating.
