   Ronald S. Hawkins, 75, Uniontown, went to his eternal rest on Jan. 19, 2008. He was
  born in Uniontown on Aug. 27, 1932, the son of the late Albert and Elizabeth Hawkins. In
  addition to his parents, he is predeceased by these brothers and sisters, Charles,
  Walter, Albert, Harriet, Frances, Jean, Beverly, and Margaret. Surviving are his wife,
  Dolores Jordan Hawkins, whom he shared his life with for 49 years; a daughter, Deborah
  D'Angelo, York; granddaughter, Lori Maliszewski; and great-grandchildren, Ava and Kane
  Maliszewski, all of York; three sisters and a brother, Doris Randlett, Uniontown; Rhoda
  Haines, New Wilmington; Linda Provance, Hopwood; and Richard Hawkins, Tennessee. Mr.
  Hawkins was a self-employed businessman and owner of Hawkins Plumbing and Heating Company
  for more than 40 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was an avid
  fisherman and enjoyed team sports, especially professional football. Friends will be
  received from 2 to 4 p.m., the time of the service, Tuesday in the Donald R. Crawford
  Funeral Home, Hopwood. The Rev. Art Mace officiating. In Lieu of flowers memorial
  contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or a charity of choice.
