We know she is at home in Heaven because the trusted Jesus Christ, accepting his payment for her sin on Calvary's cross. She was predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Sadie Schrock; a sister, Rosie, and brother, Charles. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Rev. Gorden P. Hay; their children, son, Dan and his wife, Julee and children, Nathan Micah and Bethany, of Elkhart, Ind.; son, Randy and his wife, Betsey, of Chenango Forks; son, Rev. Chris and his wife, Dawn and their children, Alise and Taylor, of Kenai, Alaska; daughter, Kedron and her friend, Arthur, of Afton, N.Y. She is also survived by one sister, Ruth and her husband, Paul Whipperman, of Somerset; a brother, James and his wife, Jean Schrock, Somerset. Dorothy was a devoted mother and wife serving with her husband in Pastoral Ministries for 46 years in the Triple Cities Area. She was greatly loved for sweet, quiet spirit. Funeral services will be held Monday at noon from Central Baptist Church, 1601 Route 12, Binghamton, N.Y., with her husband, Rev. Gorden P. Hay, officiating. Burial will be in Spring Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wm. R. Chase and Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Central Baptist Christian Academy, 1601 Route 12, Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
