  HAY
  
  Earl D. Hay, 73, of East Main St., Berlin, died Dec. 11, 1973.  He was born
  March 17, 1899, in Brothersvalley Township the son of Horace C. and Inez
  (Altfather) Hay.  Preceded in death by his parents and one brother. 
  Survived by his wife, the former Ruth M. Wilson, and one sister, Mrs.
  Claude (Marian) Spitzer of Washington, D.C.  He was a member of Trinity
  United Church of Christ, Berlin Volunteer Fire Company and Berlin Area
  Senior Citizens.  Friends will be received in the Johnson and Son Funeral
  Home after 7 p.m. Wednesday (today) where services will be held Friday at 2
  p.m. with the Rev. Charles W. Sigler officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF
  Cemetery.
