Hay, 93, of Samuels Road, died March 14, 1997 at her residence. Born Nov. 27, 1903, in Grove City, daughter of the late professor Fred F. and Nellie (Davis) Foltz. Preceded in death by her husband, Park, in 1965; a son Fred in 1983; infant daughter; brothers: Victor, Leonard, Eugene, and Fred Foltz; sister, Mary Helen Bittner. Survived by the following children: Betty, widow of Edmund Weigle, and J. L. Hay, both of Somerset RD 6; Mrs. Tony (Mary Ann) Milone, Uniontown, Ohio; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister Sadie Mae Davis of Harmony. A Methodist by faith, but an associate member of Samuels Lutheran Church. A former teacher, and a retired employee of Somerset State Hospital. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset where funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday. Pastor John Palko officiating. Interment, in Beams Church Cemetery.
