  HAY
  
    Frank Snyder Hay, 45, of Salisbury, died June 12, 1996, at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Oct. 13, 1950, at Jennings, Md.  Son of the late
  Robert and Lula Belle (Hoover) Hay.  Also preceded in death by half
  brother, Glenn.  Survived by brother Paul Jr. Hay, Meyersdale; four half
  brothers: Robert Hay, Buddy Wilt, Fay Wilt and Calvin Wilt, all of
  Grantsville, Md.; sister, Mary Etta Hay, Salisbury, and five half sisters:
  Emma Hay, Windber; Marie Fazenbaker, Grantsville; Annabelle Bittinger and
  Shirleen Bittinger, both of Boynton, and Alverta Stanton, Bittinger, Md. 
  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Newman Funeral Home,
  Grantsville, where services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. David
  E. Fetter officiating.  Interment, Bittinger Cemetery.
