Born Dec. 14, 1943, in Somerset, the son of the late William H. and Zelma (McClintock) Hay. Also preceded in death by one sister. Survived by these children: Timothy, Laura, Bradley and Troy. He was a brother of William R., Galveston, Ind.; Ralph B. and Mrs. Robert S. (Rena) Pritts, both of Somerset RD 4; Mrs. Edward (Pearl) Barron, Somerset RD 7; also a friend, Shirley Watkins. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Barronvale; F.O.E. No. 1801, Somerset; Tri-County Horse and Pony Pull, Appalachian Wagon Train Assn. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., the Rev. Gregory Pile. Interment, Barron Cemetery.
