    Malinda Althea Hay, 84, of Meyersdale RD 4, died Jan. 31, 1990, at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born May 23, 1905, in Elk Lick Twp.  A
  daughter of the late Albert J. and Alcinda (Engle) Engle.  Also preceded in
  death by her husband, Edward R. Hay (1961); infant daughter, Mary Pauline
  (1933); and a son, Albert E. "Bud" Hay (1983).  Survived by these children:
  Mrs. Jean James of Meyersdale RD 4, with whom she resided; Mrs. Eleanor
  Witt, Mechanicsburg; Mrs. Ruth Miller and Mrs. Lela Vena, both of
  Meyersdale RD 1; also ten grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren.  A sister of Mildred Shrader of Meyersdale RD 4. 
  Member of St. Paul Wilhelm United Church of Christ.  Friends will be
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at
  the St. Paul Wilhelm United Church of Christ, with Pastor Carl Mitchell
  officiating.  Interment in the church cemetery.
