Born May 28, 1921 in Somerset. Daughter of Harry Snyder and Delta Marie (Tedrow) Wolfersberger. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by children: Jeffrey Hay married to the former Mary Ann Barnett of Los Alamos, N.M.; Amy R. Hay, wife of Hon. Lester G. Nauhaus, Pittsburgh; Christopher S. Hay, married to the former Paula Swain of Somerset, and Tina Hay of State College. Also grandchildren: David Hay and wife Rebecca of Golden, Colo.; Michael Hay, Rochester, N.Y., and Hunter Hay of Somerset, and step-grandchildren, Sara Nauhaus of Albany, N.Y., and Jonathan Nauhaus of Washington, D.C. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, 1939 graduate of Somerset High School and a 1943 graduate of Gettysburg College. Retired secretary for Trinity Lutheran Church. She loved quilting, needlework, piano playing, cooking, crossword puzzles and bridge. No viewing or visitation. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset, with the Rev. Robert L. Hoover Jr., senior pastor, and Rev. Susan H. Yatta, pastor, officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Arrangements by Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
