    Mary E. Hay, 80, 320 Somerset Ave., Jerome, died Feb. 11, 1990, at
  Memorial Hospital.  Born Dec. 9, 1909, in Elkins, W.Va., daughter of Floyd
  and Minnie (Furguson) Stickley.  Preceded in death by parents; husband,
  James O., died March 22, 1978; son Albert Menhorn, died May 21, 1989;
  grandson, John M. Shaffer, died July 9, 1979; sister, Ruth Solomon and
  brother, Ernest.  Survived by daughters, Patsy, wife of John Shaffer,
  Jerome; and Linda McGinley, Melcroft; grandchildren, Bruce Shaffer, married
  to Paula, and Brian and Shawna McGinley; also great-grandchildren, Bruce Jr.
  and John Michael Shaffer; and daughter-in-law, Marlene Menhorn, Meyersdale
  RD 1.  Sister of Ethel Schramm, Cumberland, Md.; and Howard, Akron, Ohio. 
  Member of Jerome Lutheran Church.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Monday
  and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny St.,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Pastors Pat and
  Chris Ramsey.  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
