  MATTHEW DAVID HAY
  
    Matthew David Hay, infant son of David R. and Susan (Shaulis) Hay, died
  Aug. 9, 1983, at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
    He was born August 3, 1983, in Somerset.
    He is survived by his parents, by his maternal grandparents, Dalton and
  Pauline Shaulis, Somerset, and by his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Evelyn
  Hay, Rockwood RD 1.
    Private funeral services were conducted in the William J. Wood Funeral
  Home, Rockwood, with Pastor Dale A. Lyzbicki officiating.  Interment in the
  Rockwood IOOF Cemetery. 
    In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory to the March of
  Dimes, Somerset County Chapter.
