    Maude L. Hay, 92, of Newark, Del., formerly of Boswell, died March 1,
  1982, at St. Francis Hospital, Delaware.
    She is survived by her husband, Jay O. Hay, of Newark; also one brother,
  Charles Walters of Somerset; one sister, Mabel of Berlin; one daughter,
  Martha Louise, wife of Harry Bergstrom of Newark; son, William J. of
  Cincinatti, Ohio; five grandchildren.
