    Opel I. Hay, 88, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Meyersdale, died Oct.
  26, 1989, in Chandler.  Born June 9, 1901, in Chimes, Ark., a daughter of
  the late George and Emma Williams.  Preceded in death by husband, John E.,
  in 1984.  Survived by two daughters: Mary Lee Seibert, Chandler, Ariz.; and
  Dorothy Rose, Farmington Hills, Mich.; also five grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren.  Member of Amity United Church of Christ.  She and her
  husband formerly operated Meyersdale Dry Cleaning Company.  Memorial service
  will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 4 in Leckemby Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carl
  Mitchell officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
