  Paul A. Hay, 67 La Porte, Ind., died Sunday, April 10, 1983, in La Porte
  Hospital.  Born July 21, 1915, in Somerset, he lived in the La Porte area
  for 27 years.  Survived by his wife, Mary (Baker) Hay, whom he married Oct.
  4, 1933, in Cumberland, Md.; and two daughters: Mrs. Barbara  Shumaker and
  Mrs. Donna Wagner, both of La Porte; three sons: Ernie and Alan, both of La
  Porte, Ind., and Paul L. Hay, La Porte, Texas; 15 grandchildren and one
  great-granddaughter.  Preceded in death by parents, one sister and one
  brother.  Funeral services will be held noon Wednesday at the Haverstock
  Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kenneth Filkins officiating.  Interment, Pattom
  Cemetery, La Porte.
