    Reid M. Hay, 83, of Somerset RD 6, died April 12, 1975, at his residence.
  Born April 30, 1891, in New Centerville, a son of the late Herman L. and
  Dora (McNeal) Hay.  Preceded in death by his wife, the former Lillian
  (Miller) Ling.  Survived by two daughters: Mrs. Elmer Goodrich of Baltimore,
  Md., and Mrs. Rowland Tracy of Pikesville, Md.; and a sister, Mrs. James B.
  Speicher, Des Moines, Iowa.  Member of the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church,
  Bakersville, and a retired automobile mechanic.  Friends are being received
  in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted
  today, Monday, at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Walter Startzel officiating.
  Interment, IOOF Cemetery, Rockwood.
