Hay, 65, of Somerset RD 4 died June 10, 1978 in Somerset Community Hospital. Born January 20, 1913 in Fort Hill, a daughter of Porter and Savannah (Conn) McClintock. Preceded in death by husband, William Henry; also a step-daughter, Ruth; and a half-sister. Survived by these children: William R. of Walton RD 1, Indiana; George F. of Somerset RD 4; and these step-children: Mrs. Edward (Pearl) Barron of Somerset RD 7; Ralph B. Hay of Somerset RD 4; Mrs. Robert (Rena) Pritts of Somerset RD 4; also six grandchildren and 13 step-grandchildren and 16 step-great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Russell (Mabel) Beachy; Ronald McClintock and Earl McClintock, all of Fort Hill. Member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Barronvale and Laurel Ridge Homemakers. Friends are being received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Barronvale with the Rev. Gregory Pile officiating. Interment, Barron Cemetery. The body will lie in state in the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Daily American, June 12, 1978 [H0625]
