HAZELBARTH George Cleveland Hazelbarth died at his home in Salisbury Wednesday, October 30, at 1:30 p.m. The son of Charles and Lydia (Diveley) Hazelbarth, he was born April 24, 1880, in Salisbury. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Rearick Hazelbarth; one son, Richard; one daughter, Helen, and one sister, Mrs. Harry Kretchman. Mr. Hazelbarth was a tinner and plumber. He had been in failing health for several years and was unable to follow his trade during the past year. He was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church and of the Lion's Club until his health failed, and then was made an honorary member. Funeral services will be held at his home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. George E. Bowersox officiating. Members of the Lions Club will act as pallbearers. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of Stanley Thomas. Meyersdale Republican, November 1, 1946
