ELMER E. HECHLER

  Elmer E. Hechler, aged 55, died Monday morning at 3:30 o'clock at his home at 
Acosta.  Surviving are his wife and three brothers, Charles, of Scalp Level; 
Ira, of Rockwood, and William of Bakersville.  Funeral services were conducted 
Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock in the New Centerville Lutheran Church.  
Interment in the church cemetery.  The body was prepared for burial by 
Undertaker E. F. Landis, of Somerset.
