  MILDRED P. HECKER
  
    Mildred P. (Betty) Hecker, 67, of 209 Washington Avenue, North
  Versailles, died December 10, 1984, at McKeesport Hospital.
    She was born November 28, 1917, in Elk Lick Township, a daughter of the
  late Abraham D. and Sarah (Newman) Shoemaker.  She was preceded in death by
  parents, four brothers and three sisters.  She is survived by her husband
  John C., three daughters, Mrs. Mary Dona Ziemke, Mrs. Winona Flynn and Mrs.
  Luann Brown, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Also survived
  by two sisters, Edna C. Bowman and Margaret Wilhelm and one brother, Paul
  Shoemaker.
    Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Garfield Thomas
  Funeral Home, Salisbury where services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. with
  the Rev. Bea Lamont officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
