Heffley, died at her home on Main Street, Berlin, Sunday at 5 p.m. She was 84 years old and was a native of Berlin. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Wilhelmina Floto. Her husband, who passed away in 1934, was a prominent businessman, and for years was head of the Heffley Hardware firm. Theirs was a family of sterling worth. Mrs. Heffley was a faithful member of the Lutheran Church for many years. In her girlhood she was an efficient saleslady in the general store of her brother, A. C. Floto. Surviving are two daughters, Rae, the wife of Eugene Bowman of Elkins, W.Va., and Marie, wife of Dalton Beachley, county commissioner, of Brothersvalley Twp.; also three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, by Rev. Robert S. Nagle, pastor of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, in the Johnson & Son Funeral Home. Interment in the I.O.O.F.
