   Josephine (Esposita) Hefner, 86, formerly of Ralphton, died Oct. 1, 2008, in Michigan.
  Born Feb. 9, 1922, in Ralphton, daughter of Fred J. Sr. and Violet (Ackerman) Esposita.
  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Merle; an infant brother; brothers, Fred Jr.,
  Tony, John and Joe; and sister, Viola Gelpi. Sister of Frances, widow of Edwin Pugh;
  Mary, married to Robert Pugh; and Ralph, married to Pam Blucas, all of Ralphton; and
  Ethel Silva; Anna, married to John Jankowski; and Paul, married to Donna Rojek, all of
  New Jersey. Also survived by special cousin, John Pacifici, married to Gloria Bailey,
  Michigan. Service was held in Michigan. Private committal at St. Joseph Cemetery,
  Ralphton. Local arrangements in charge of Hoffman Funeral Homes.
