  HEIPLE
  
  E. Elmer Heiple, 87, of Boswell, died Oct. 23, 1978.  Born May 10, 1891, in
  Jenner Twp., son of the late Frederick E. and Martha Knepper Heiple. 
  Preceded in death by his first wife, Sadie Weighley; son Fred; infant
  daughter and one brother.  Survived by his second wife, the former Thelma
  Mae Schmucker Zimmerman; these children: Mrs. Martha Daniels, Boswell RD 2;
  Mrs. Edward (Cora) Vish, Boswell RD 1; George N., Versailles, Pa.; Mrs.
  Edward (Ruth) Krompholtz, Latrobe; Mrs. Mario (Emily) Castellani, also of
  Latrobe; Mrs. Robert (Sarah Jane) Szymanski, Latrobe; 18 grandchildren, 16
  great-grandchildren; brother, J. Calvin Heiple, Somerset.  He was a member
  of the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ, a former school teacher in
  Jenner Twp. area and was a retired farm machinery salesman.  Friends will
  be received after 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home,
  where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Herbert
  Moore and the Rev. Carroll Ringold officiating.  Interment, Beam Cemetery.
