  HEIPLE
  
  J. Calvin Heiple, 87, Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Somerset, died
  July 19, 1987, at the Medicana Nursing Center in Lake Worth.  He was
  born Jan. 6, 1900, in Lincoln Township, a son of the late Fred Elson
  and Martha Celista (Knepper) Heiple.  Also preceded in death by his
  wife, the former Carrie Gladys Ogline; and a daughter, Thelma
  Hartzel; two brothers, Elmer and William; and one stepgrandson. 
  Survived by these children: Mrs. Marvin H. (Sara) Gossett, Somerset
  RD 2; Mrs. Arthur H. (Betty) Mengel, Holland, Pa.; J. Floyd and Merle
  W., both of Lake Worth, Fla.; Mrs. August Louise McKee, Bristol,
  Tenn.; Jay E., Boca Raton, Fla.; and Mrs. Barbara Cox, Venetia; 19
  grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one stepgranddaughter. 
  Retired owner and operator of Heiple Supply Company and former elder
  of First Christian Church.  Friends will be received 2-4, 7-9 p.m.
  Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be
  held Friday at 11 a.m., the Rev. Paul Weber officiating.  Interment
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to
  the First Christion (sic) Church.
