He was born Feb. 5, 1930, in Berlin, son of the late Milton Elwood Heiple and Elizabeth J. (Berkheimer) Heiple Wojnaroski of Berlin. He is survived by mother; wife, the former Irma Snyder; and the following children: Mrs. Blair (Irma) Walker, Somerset RD 6; Mrs. Clarence (Joan) Walker Jr., and Jesse Marlin Heiple, both of Somerset RD 5; James Milton II, and Mrs. Dale (Jeanne) Custer, both of Oak Ridge, Somerset; and Jackie M. Heiple, at home; nine grandchildren. He was brother of William E. Heiple of Rockwood; Charles L. of Berlin RD 1; Mrs. Harry (Kathryn Elizabeth (Sue)) Gumbert of Pittsburgh. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church; Laurel Ridge Sportsmen Association; National Rifle Association; treasurer of Roof Garden Riders Motorcycle Club; Somerset Township constable; past member of Listie Volunteer Fire Department; past member of the Berlin Fife and Drum Corp. Licensed gunsmith and employed by Davis Enterprises and also associated with J.M. Heiple Motorcycle Sales and Salvage Co. Friends were received at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home were services were conducted with the Rev. Charles Hartbauer officiating. Interment, Wills Cemetery. The Republic, May 13, 1982 [H0727]
