Heiple II, 50, Somerset, passed on April 19, 2007. Born July 18, 1956 in Somerset, he is the son of the late James M. and Irma (Snyder) Heiple. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Deborah (Konieczny) Heiple; children. Becky Lynn Heiple, Redlands, Calif.; Josh Konieczny, married to Amanda (Walker), Berlin; and Johnathan Heiple and beloved friend Jess Thompson; Justin Heiple, and Amber Heiple, all at home; and grandchildren, Alexis and Gavin Konieczny. He is the brother of Irma Walker, married to Blair, Lavansville; Joan Walker, married to Clarence, Somerset; Jesse Heiple, married to Tina (Custer), Friedens; Jeanne Custer, married to Dale, Stoystown; and Jackie Melnick, married to Joseph, Newport News, Va. He is a 1975 graduate of Somerset Area High School and the Somerset County Technology Center. He was the owner/operator of J.M. Heiple Studebaker Salvage in Somerset. He was a charter member of the Manhattan Studebaker Club, and was a member of the Studebaker Drivers' Club's Kinzua Region Chapter, the Allegheny Region and the Keystone Chapter. He was also a member of the Antique Studebaker Club. He was a past member of the Roof Garden Riders Motorcycle Club, the Kiwanis Club, and the Somerset Wrestling Boosters. He was a past Pee Wee Wrestling coach, worked for the Somerset Area School District as a bus driver and was a car salesman for the former Dolan Chevrolet in Somerset. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Faith Lutheran Church in Somerset Township. Kenneth Diable, pastor, officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service.
