  HEIST
  
  Mae Pauline Heist, 80, of Friedens, went to be with her Lord March 12, 2002
  at her home.  Born May 23, 1921 in Somerset.  Daughter of Charles Walter and
  Hattie Elizabeth (Pletcher) Zeigler.  Preceded in death by parents, sister
  Emma Zeigler, and two grandchildren.  Survived by husband Charles Robert
  Heist to whom she was married 61 years; children: Robert C. Heist, married
  to the former Sylvia Vance of Sewickley; James R. Heist, married to the
  former Shelby Bryant of Dorr, Mich.; Mrs. Donald (Joyce Mae) Hansrote of
  Ellerslie, Md.; Larry A. Heist, married to the former Judy Miller of
  Friedens, and Barbara Jean Heist of Friedens.  Also nine grandchildren and
  four great-grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Martha Stern of Somerset and
  Dorothy Heist of Leetsdale.  Member of Listie Grace Brethren Church where
  she was a Sunday School teacher for many years.  Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. 
  Service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Listie Grace Brethren
  Church, Listie, with the Rev. Ronzil L. Jarvis officiating.  No viewing at
  the church.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may
  be made to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, 1590 North Center Ave., Somerset,
  Pa. 15501 or Listie Grace Brethren Church, P.O. Box 111, Listie, Pa. 15549.
