  HEMMINGER
  
  William H. Hemminger, 61, Stoystown RD 1, died Nov. 27, 1983, at Montefiore
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 29, 1922, in Boswell, son of Fred and
  Minnie (Henry) Hemminger.  Preceded in death by parents and one infant
  sister.  Survived by widow, the former Elsie Lines; two sons:  Larry L.,
  married to the former Georgia Smith, and William J., married to the former
  Rona Weimer, both of Stoystown RD 1; four grandchildren:  Robert, Michael,
  Jami and Brock, also mother-in-law, Mamie Lines, Boswell RD 1; Brother of
  Fred, Geneva, Ohio; Elwood, Westville, Ind.; and Margaret Brant, New
  Whiteland, Ind.  Member of Horner Lutheran Church and church council.  Also
  member of Jenner Rod and Gun Club.  Army veteran of World War II. 
  Celebrated 38th wedding anniversary Sept. 13, 1983.  Friends received from
  7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
  Thursday, with the Rev. Richard A. Schlak officiating.  Interment, Jenner
  Crossroads Cemetery.
