    VICKI D. HENRETTY
  
    Vicki D. Henretty, 33, of Ohio, died Thursday, July 18, at St. Joseph's
  Hospital, following an extended illness.
    She was born Dec. 21, 1951, in Meyersdale, a daughter of William R. and
  Joyce M. (Leazier) Swearman, I [sic].  She was a former Warren, Ohio resident.
    She is survived by her husband James L. Henretty Sr., and sons James L.
  and Michael Vincent, both at home; her parents Mr. and Mrs. William R.
  Swearman, of Howland Twp., Ohio.
    She was a sister of Mrs. David A. (Sandra Darlyn) Hetz, Cumberland, Md.;
  Mrs. Harold (Becki Sue) O'Dell, Homer, Mich.; Mrs. Gregory (Nikki Beth)
  Meade, Warren, Ohio; William Robert Swearman, II, of Warren, Ohio; a
  granddaughter of Mrs. Elsie A. Leazier and Mrs. Lola E. Swearman, both of
  Meyersdale.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews and one aunt.
    She was employed at St. Joseph's Hospital as a surgery L.P.N.; a member
  of St. Mary's Catholic Church; a 1969 graduate of Howland High School; 1971
  graduate of Choppin School of Nursing.
    Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Church, interment
  Meadowbrook Memorial Park, Ohio.  Robert H. Roberts Memorial Home Inc., was
  in charge of arrangements.
