  HENRY
  
  Donna Lee Henry, 42, of Eight Street, West Salisbury, died June 17, 1996,
  at her residence.  Born Dec. 18, 1953, she was the daughter of the late
  James Robert Swindell Sr. and Grace Fern (Smith) Swindell.  Employed as a
  nursing assistant at Meyersdale Manor Nursing Home.  Survived by her
  husband, Calvin Okey Henry; 2 daughters: Tracy Sutton, Berlin, and Janet
  Lynn Klavuhn, Bedford; a sister, Patti Fletcher, Springs, and 3
  grandchildren: Ericka Klavuhn and Cory and Brandon Sutton.  Friends
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Newman Funeral Home,
  Salisbury, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, with the Rev.
  Garry L. Kipe officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
