Born Sept. 27, 1919, in Upper Turkeyfoot, a daughter of Jacob and Minnie (Miner) Gary. Survived by her husband, Wilbur Henry, Markleton RD 1; six sons: Edward and Clark, both of Confluence; Mark, Tampa, Fla.; Jacob, Columbus, Ohio; Harold, Martinsville, Va.; and Allen, New York; three daughters: Mrs. Violet Rae, Ridgeway, Pa.; Mrs. Joan Ansell and Mrs. Pamela McClintock, both of Markleton RD 1; six brothers: Harry, Confluence; Norman, Markleton RD 1; Lester and Paul, both of Rockwood; Frank, Somerset RD 6; and John, Markleton; four sisters: Mrs. Homer (Lily) Brocht and Mrs. Harold (Gladys) Kreger, both of Rockwood RD 3; Mrs. Clarence (Katie) Mostoller, Somerset RD 2; Mrs. Dwight (Edna) Tressler, Confluence RD 3; 18 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Edward C. Trimpey, June 1, 1956. Member of the Old Bethel Church. Friends will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, when the remains will be removed to Old Bethel Church to lie in state until 2 p.m., time of service, the Rev. Douglas Baker officiating. Interment, Old Bethel Church cemetery. Arrangements are under direction of William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Robert H. Halverson supervising.
