Henry, 81, Kingwood Road, Markleton, passed away Oct. 24, 2000 at home. Born Feb. 2, 1919, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, son of the late Harvey and Mary Alice (Liston) Henry. Preceded in death by his wife the former Rosie Trimpey, sisters Mildred, Vida and Oma Henry and brothers Ralph and Cleon Henry. Survived by nieces Lorraine Henry of Findley, Ohio and Doris Eicher of Jacksonville, Fla., nephews Ralph Henry Jr., Verle Henry and Blair Henry, all of Markleton, Floyd Henry of Friendsville, Md., and several great-nieces and nephews. He was a lifelong farmer who owned the Henry farm which was in the family for over 100 years. He was a member of the New Centerville and Rural Volunteer Fire Dept. and served on the Board of the Kingwood Lutheran Cemetery Assn. Member of the Kingwood Church of God. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday. Pastor James Monticue officiating.
