  Eveline A. Hergenroder, 88, Somerset RD 2, died Jan. 16, 1986, in
  Lafayette, La.  Born Jan. 10, 1898, in England.  Survived by daughter and
  son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn (Emily) Bittner, Somerset RD 2, with whom
  she made her home for many years; also five granddaughters: Mrs. Gene
  (Joan) Countryman and family, Pensacola, Fla.; Mrs. Keith (Linda) Bailey
  and family, Allentown; Mrs. Dennis (Yvonne) Rhoads and family, Friedens;
  Miss Janine Bittner, Pittsburgh; and Mrs. Randy (Wendy) Miles, Wilmington,
  N.C.; also nine great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by husband and
  several brothers and sisters.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Monday in
  William J. Wood Funeral home, Rockwood, where service will be conducted at
  10:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Aimee Twigg officiating.  Interment, Rockwood
  I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of William J. Wood
  Funeral home, Rockwood, with Francis Brady supervising.
