  Rhonda Marie Herndon, 46, Arlington, Va., died May 15, 2003 at home.  Born
  July 7, 1956 in Jesup, Ga., daughter of Reginald and Eula Mae (Beasley)
  Herndon.  Preceded in death by her mother and a son, Charles Mitchell
  Meese, Jr.  Survived by her father Reginald, Ludowici, Ga.; sisters,
  Jacqueline, married to Ernest Holt, Jesup, Ga., and Regina, married to Jeff
  Sturgeon, Arlington, Va.; a brother, Elton Herndon, Ludowici, Ga.; numerous
  uncles and aunts and nieces and nephews.  Family will receive friends from
  1 p.m. until services at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown.  Rev. Robert Way officiating.  Interment, Buckstown Cemetery.
