  BLANCHE HERSH
  
  Blanche Hersh, 100, of Meyersdale, died April 26, 2003 at Meyersdale
  Medical Center.  Born Feb. 5, 1903 in Rockwood, a daughter of the late
  Aaron and Matilda (McSpadden) Bitner.  Also preceded in death by her
  husband, George Hersh, two brothers, Robert Bitner and Charles Bitner and
  two sisters, Mae Westerman and Ida Nicholas.  Survived by her loving niece,
  Rosemary Gurba, Brooklyn, Ohio, and nephew, Robert Bitner of Pa.; also
  numerous grandnephews and nieces.  There will be no visitation or
  viewing.  A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. May 17 at Union
  Cemetery, New Centerville.  The Rev. Ardelle Mason officiating. 
  Arrangements in charge of the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
