  MRS. WALTER HERSH
  
    Mrs. Cathryn Hersh, 73, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Dec. 9, 1975, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Jan. 25, 1902, in Elk Lick
  Township, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Murray)
  Hotchkiss.  Her husband, Walter Hersh, and two sons, William and
  Richard, preceded her in death.
    Surviving are a son, Ray Hersh, Arlington, Va.; four daughters,
  Mrs. Elaine Hutzel, Boynton; Mrs. Margaret Swartzwelder, Salisbury;
  Mrs. Donna Jean McClintock, Canton, Ohio; and Mrs. Alice Jane
  Christner, Akron, Ohio; also 25 grandchildren, numerous
  great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Hotchkiss, Meyersdale; and a
  sister, Mrs. Mary Marbles, Kenmore, Ohio.
    Funeral service was conducted last Thursday afternoon in Thomas
  Funeral Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Paul H. Yoder officiating. 
  Interment in St. Paul Cemetery.
