  Harrison E. Hersh, 70, Somerset RD 1, died Aug. 12, 1984, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Oct. 12, 1913, at Butler, Pa., son of late
  Daniel and Laura (Altmire) Hersh.  Preceded in death by four
  brothers, one sister and grandson.  Survived by wife of 45 years,
  former Millie A. Dunmeyer; and following children: Albert H.,
  Somerset RD 1: Nevin G., Somerset RD 8; Mrs. Clark (Alice) Singo Jr.,
  Somerset RD 7; and Mrs. Gerald (Connie) Oester, Somerset; 11
  grandchildren and one great-grandson, Bradley.  Member of Fraternal
  Order of Eagles and Home Aid Associations of American Legion and
  VFW.  Retired coal worker and mechanic.  Friends were received Monday
  and will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, the
  Rev. Gene Sellers officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
