    M. C. HERSHBERGER
  
    Marcellus C. Hershberger, 85, of Rockwood RD 2, died July 28, 1973, I
  Altoona Veterans Hospital.  Born Aug. 24, 1887, in Garrett, she was a son
  of the late Eli and Tricilla (Hostetler) Hershberger.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Anna Mae Oster; four children, Wilma
  Jean Beaver of Miami, Fla.; Ralph Marlin of Jersey Shore; Mrs. Annene
  Murray of Bently Creek and Mrs. Marlene May of Markleton; five grandsons;
  and five sisters, Mrs. Grace Miller, Somerset; Mrs. Della Cramer, Somerset
  RD 1; Mrs. Bertha Clapper, Meyersdale; Mrs. Mardelle Fullem and Mrs. Gwenn
  Hunt, both of Connellsville.
    For 30 years he operated a threshing and baling business throughout the
  county.  He was a World War I veteran and a member of World War I barracks
  of Somerset.
    Funeral Service was conducted Tuesday afternoon in Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset, with Rev. Evelyn Stillwagon officiating.  Interment
  in Somerset County Memorial Park.
