Born Nov. 22, 1912 in Jackson Township, Cambria County, daughter of William and Lydia (Harrison) Rose. Preceded in death by parents; three brothers; seven sisters, and first husband, the Rev. Kenneth R. Blough. Survived by husband Wilbert Hershberger, Laurel View Village, to whom she was married 15 years; and these children: K. Ray, married to the former Lucille Stutzman, Leoti, Kan.; Alvin D., married to the former Maria Uliberri, Gallup, N.M.; and William C., married to the former Lois Kuchea, Stanton, Va.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Ron, and wife Martha Hershberger, Lock Haven; Daryl, and wife Heidi Hershberger, Richmond, Va., and Willis, and wife, Jane Hershberger, Coon Ridge Road, Johnstown. Sister of Violet Cook, Columbus, Ohio. Member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. Family receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville, and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Roger L. Forry. Interment, church cemetery.
