  PAIGE A. HETRICK
  
    Paige A. Hetrick, the infant daughter of Douglas C. and Marla Jean
  (Beitzel) Hetrick of Salisbury, died at birth Oct. 9, 1980, in Sacred Heart
  Hospital.
    Besides her parents, she is survived by her twin sister, Jennifer Jean
  Hetrick, a half brother, David Michael Hetrick; paternal grandmother, Mr.
  Shirley (Hanft) Hetrick, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and maternal grandparents,
  Ellis Beitzel and Mary Alice (Durst) Beitzel, Grantsville, Md.
    A graveside service was conducted Monday morning in the Springs Cemetery,
  Springs, by the Rev. David Fetter.
