  LT. COL. DICK HICKSON, JR.

    Retired Lt. Col. Dick Hickson, Jr., 81, passed away Tuesday, September 28,
  2004, in Colorado Springs, CO.
    Dick was born in Canton, Ohio on April 5, 1923, to Dick and Edith (Reiber)
  Hickson, Sr.  He later married Agnes Johnston on September 23, 1972.
    Dick served 30 years of active duty in the United States Air Force,
  serving in WWII in the European Theater and in Korea.  He later retired from
  the Registrar's Office at the Air Force Academy.
    Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Agnes Hickson, two daughters:
  Debra Spencer; and Nancy White and stepson Stan Dobbie. Other survivors
  include: four grandchildren and a brother, Jack Hickson.
    A memorial service in honor of Dick's life was held at 11 a.m. on Thursday
  October 7, 2004, at Evergreen Funeral Home, in Colorado Springs.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the
  American Heart Association.
