   Douglas Allan Higgins, 28, Somerset, died June 19, 2008. Born May 19, 1980, in
  Somerset, son of Douglas C. Higgins, Jennerstown, and Helen (McClintock) Higgins,
  Johnstown. Also survived by his wife, Raquel (Antil) Higgins; sister, Jennie L. (Higgins)
  Stevenson, Jennerstown; brother, James L. Higgins, Somerset; brother- in-law, Travis D.
  Stevenson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He attended Somerset Area High
  School and Somerset County Vo-Tech in carpentry. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and
  motorcycles. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev.
  Barry Ritenour officiating. Interment in Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
