  WILLIAM S. HIGGINS
  
  William S. Higgins, 59, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died June
  10, 1987, in Grant Hospital, Columbus.  Born Sept. 4, 1927.  Survived by
  wife, Rita; daughters, Marsha-Urban, Etters, Pa.; Jodi Bailey, Somerset;
  and Marlene Mills, Somerset; brother, Fred B. Higgins, Somerset; and five
  grandchildren.  He was a retired Teamster, employee of Gold Circle
  Distribution Center, member of American Legion Post 239 in Worthington,
  Ohio, and member of VFW Post 7005 in West Jefferson, Ohio.  Friends will be
  received at the Long Funeral Home in Columbus, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday,
  where services will be held noon Friday.  Interment, Blendon Cemetery,
  Westerville, Ohio.
