  HAROLD F. HIGGS
  
  Harold F. Higgs, 91, of Meyersdale, formerly of Berlin, died June 10, 1989
  at Meyersdale Manor.  Born April 8, 1898 in Huttonsville, W.Va., a son of
  the late Martin and Arbelia (Scott) Higgs.  Also preceded in death by wife,
  the former Mabel G. Sellers and two sons, Raymond and Richard.  Survived by
  two daughters, Mrs. Betty Decker, Confluence RD 1; and Mrs. Patty Hunt,
  Brookpark, Ohio, and a daughter-in-law Mrs. Marie Higgs of Somerset; nine
  grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.  A brother of Mrs. Beatice Huff, Mt.
  Savage, Md.; and Mrs. Elaine Slack, Fairmont, W.Va.  He was retired from
  Dumbauld's Tire Service of Somerset.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Pastor Carl Mitchell
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
