  HILES
  
  Violet Mae Hiles, 75, of Listonburg, died March 15, 1985, at home.  Born
  June 10, 1909, in Stewart Township, a daughter of the late Park and Mary
  (Devaney) Roebuck.  Preceded in death by her husband, Chester.  Survived by
  four children: Dixie Spear and Braden Hiles, both of Listonburg; Chester
  Douglas Hiles of Vienna, Va.; and Melvina Mansfield of North Miami, Fla.;
  also 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  A brother, Frank
  Roebuck, and a sister, Annie Morrison, both of Dunbar.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday at the
  Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where funeral services will be held
  Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Aimee Twigg officiating.  Interment,
  Thorpe Cemetery.
