  MARY HILL
  
    Mary Ellen Hill, 83, of Confluence, died August 1, 1977, in the
  Fazio Nursing Home in Markleysburg.  Born Nov. 12, 1893, in
  Uniontown, she was the daughter of the late George and Bess (Stanton)
  Woods.
    She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Pearl Stahl of Albright,
  W.Va.  She is preceded in death by a brother, Henry.
    She is a charter member of the Turkeyfoot Valley Baptist Church.
    Funeral services were held August 4 at Humbert Funeral Home. 
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
