EDWARD E. HILLEGAS

Edward E. Hillegas, 86, of Boynton, died Friday, October 25, 1991, at Frostburg 
(MD) Community Hospital.  Born December 23, 1904 in Bedford County, he was a son 
of the late George and Elizabeth (May) Hillegas.  Survivors include his widow, 
the former Pauline A. Trent; one son R. Dean Hillegas, Meyersdale; one daughter, 
Janet K. Miller, Boynton; a brother, Russell Hillegas, Atlanta, GA.; a sister, 
Mary Couchenour, Vincennes, Ind.; four grandchildren and two great randchildren. 
He was a member of the Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church and had been employed in 
highway construction.  He was a member of Labor International Union Local 1058. 
Private family viewing was held Saturday evening.  Family received friends 
Sunday at the Newman Funeral Home in Salisbury.  Services were conducted Monday 
at the Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church, with the Rev. Larry Gegner officiating. 
Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
